Abstract

The doctrine of dichotomy of politics and administration which was propounded by Woodrow Wilson in the last decades of 19th century and which was nourished by several renowned scholars including Goodnow is waning into oblivion in the present times when the administrators are not only responsible for implementation of public policies and programmes but are equally crucial in formulation of the public policies by sharing desks with their political bosses too.
