Abstract

Relationship Management (RM) has been a hot topic from both business discipline and information technology perspectives. Although RM has received considerable investment in many large enterprises, the need for an integrated approach is not clearly understood by many growing mid-market companies. The concept of Customer Relationship Management has evolved from years of studies on the buyer-seller relationship.
